Deja helped us sell our town home during the pandemic after it had been sitting empty, not selling with another realtor, for months. Not only did she coach us on what upgrades we needed to make to get buyers interested, she helped us find contractors and home goods, and she staged the home. She also held open houses and it sold fairly quickly once we enlisted Deja's help. She went out of her way to help us, even helping me install new light fixtures! She's amazing, and so easy to work with. I highly recommend her if you need a realtor.

My English will unfortunately not be good enough to describe how good, dedicated and people-oriented is Deja Land. She helped us on several projects (both renting and buying a house) and she gained my full trust from day one. Deja Land is a very dynamic and active realtor, always seeking what's best for her clients. Extremely reactive, adaptable and responsive, she worked very late at night and during the weekends to insure that we would find our home in no time. On top of that my husband and I loved her honestly, she won't sugarcoat things at all, to the contrary she will always speak the truth about a place if she sees that there is something wrong with it. One her particularities that I salute the most is that she will always run the extra mile for you without blinking. She will help you to measure things to adapt your furniture to the space, she will fix things (with tools, paint etc..) if something is bothering you, etc... I'm telling you, there is not much that she wouldn't do. Anyway, I couldn't thank Deja Land enough for the tremendous work she put in our house research, especially because we were really picky and stubborn but it didn't stop her for a second. If you are looking for the perfect realtor, here she is.

Recently purchased the home Ms. Land was selling a few months ago. Me and my fiance fell in love with the home the first time we tour it, the staging was perfect and seem like a great starter home. Now that we've moved in and started to do some minor upgrades, we have come to realize and see how poorly the house was maintain. From finding holes in the walls that were covered up by wood and not even attempting to seal them correctly, to the cheap floor paint that's been coming off just from moping and still having to clean the last minute paint splatter all over the house. Very disappointing that the agent went out of her way to cover the holes in the closet by putting another piece of wood top. I guess being a first time home buyer we weren't experience and should of asked for all furniture to be removed prior to closing and not one day before we signed. We trusted the seller given that she was selling her own home and didn't think we would come across these surprises. My only advise for other buyers, just keep an eye out. If someone wen't out of their way to hide things to sell their own home, I don't want to imagine what she'll do to sell someone else's house.

No other realtor would stay up till 1am painting a clients house to make sure it’s ready for new tenants. She has far exceeded expectations and gone above and beyond for us as clients. Professional, courteous and above all, diligent in her work- dotting all the I’s and crossing all the T’s.
