Cannot say enough good things about our experience working with Deborah & Don David to sell our home and buy a new one. We had kind of an interesting situation where we needed to sell our house when the market was really favorable to sellers but were building a new home that wouldn't be ready for 4-5 months. She came up with a multiple step plan with several options to help make sure we got what we needed for the house. We sold very quickly to an investor who was very flexible with us living in our home until our new house was built. Both Deborah and Don advocated for our needs throughout the whole process and I knew we would be taken care of. As long as they are in the business, we will never use another realtor should we need one in the future!
Deborah David continues to astound long after your home buying experience is over! She is responsive and reassuring through the whole process- and was even responding to our (many) emails and putting in bids for us during her vacation!
