Jacob is such an amazing realtor! He really helped me through the home buying process. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and he truly advocated for me! He is extremely knowledgeable and he connects you with good people. He was able to negotiate around $16,000 total discount for the house I was closing on. There are not enough words to describe how helpful and amazing Jacob has treated us during not only our home selling process but buying a new home all in a span of 30 days. He was super diligent with marketing our home that it was literally only on the market for a week! He was so patient helping us try and find our next perfect home.
